It’s working, community jobs can be found!
Last month we described the changes being made to CFI's Vocational program. Well the new hours have proven to be beneficial for all of us. In January we made three placements and we have several more just on the horizon. Some of them are volunteer positions, at least for now. You never know when a volunteer job can turn into a paid position. But the important thing is that people are moving out into the community and making a place for themselves as they become increasingly independent. And in the long run, that’s what we’re all about, isn’t it?
